7. Fund Utilisation
EIS Foundation voluntarily publishes a summary of how all funds received — whether from donations, product revenue, grants, or SaaS pledges — are allocated. Detailed utilisation reports are published annually and are available to donors upon request.

Purchase of electronics, hardware, tools, 3D printing materials, and other components for the free student component library.
Design, delivery, and iteration of Phase I–IV program content. Session costs, educational materials, and platform development.
Coordination, travel support, and nominal honoraria for mentors and session trainers where applicable.
Technology infrastructure, administrative costs, statutory compliance, and essential operational expenses. We run lean on purpose.
Micro-grants and resources to support the most promising student-built products in reaching the market.
Zero fundraising overhead. EIS Foundation does not engage paid fundraisers or commission-based solicitors. No allocation is made to marketing or donor acquisition costs.

8. CSR Eligibility & Compliance
EIS Foundation is an eligible CSR beneficiary under the Companies Act, 2013. Corporate donors contributing via their CSR budgets may direct funds towards EIS programs under the following Schedule VII provisions.
